BEAT003 - carnelian / bluebell silk

BEAT003 is a rhythmic adornment: a single-strand necklace composed of carnelian, hand-strung on bluebell silk thread. Hand-knotted beads move in a steady rhythm along silk, interrupted once by a single 925 sterling silver bead.
A vibrant yet composed take on a classic form. 

Each bead is individually knotted — 38 knots in total — creating pause, spacing and structural tension. Charged with colour, carnelian brings warmth and translucence; bluebell silk softens the intensity, introducing contrast without noise. A single interruption in 925 sterling silver breaks the pattern. The contrast is deliberate and the pause is intentional.

Each necklace is made to order, crafted entirely by hand in our atelier in very small quantities. Natural variations in the stones are part of the piece and enrich its character. No two are exactly alike.

Finished with a 925 sterling silver spherical clasp, secured through a single, intentional gesture.
