At THE KNOT, we believe in mindful consumption over impulse buying. Each T d’Art and every piece from STRUNG is made to order — crafted with care and designed to be treasured. By producing only what is needed, we reduce waste and excess production together.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns unless an item arrives damaged. If you do receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement.

That said, we want you to feel confident in your choice — please refer to the detailed size guide and descriptions or reach out before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.
