At THE KNOT, we believe in mindful consumption. We carry no inventory, instead each piece is crafted entirely by hand and made to order specifically for you, allowing us to completely eliminate excess production and waste together.
Because of the dedicated nature of our studio, we spend dedicated time crafting each piece you choose. Therefore we kindly ask our community to practice conscious consumption too.
We want you to feel completely confident and in love with your piece. If you are in doubt regarding choice, stone texture / colour or custom sizing, please message us directly at hello@theknotedit.com so we can guide you to your perfect fit.
Returns due to faulty or damaged pieces
We take our craft and quality control seriously, ensuring every piece is meticulously inspected before it leaves the studio. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a priority replacement. This is valid for all countries.
Returns due to change of mind
European Union & UK
If a piece doesn’t meet your expectations, please notify the studio at hello@theknotedit.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once our studio receives and physically inspects the piece(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Condition: to be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned completely unworn, undamaged and in their packaging.
Return Logistics: the cost of return shipping is fully covered by the client. We strongly recommend utilising a secure, tracked postal service, as the studio cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Switzerland & other International orders
We are generally unable to accommodate change-of-mind returns or refunds, and all sales are final.
However, we want your piece to bring you joy. If the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, please reach out to the studio directly upon delivery so we can listen to your situation and try our best to find a personal solution or adjustment for you.
Bespoke pieces
We take pride in working closely with clients to craft custom pieces following personal requests of colour, stone combinations, non standard sizing and new designs. Because these are tailored exclusively to you, bespoke commissions are completely ineligible for returns or cancellations across all regions.
International Duties & Fees
Please note that any local customs duties, import VAT, or international courier processing feed paid at the border are collected by local governments, are strictly non-refundable and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellations
Orders may also be cancelled before production begins. Because we hand-craft to order, production typically begins shortly after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust or cancel your order.
