We believe responsibility should be baseline, not branding.

At THE KNOT, we work on a very small scale.
Everything is made to order, entirely by hand in our atelier, and sent directly to you. 

We source thoughtfully and avoid unnecessary stock or production.
Our stones come from trusted suppliers committed to improving working conditions and responsible practices.

We work exclusively with suppliers (including members of the UK's National Association of Jewellers) who follow clear codes of conduct and strive toward higher standards within an imperfect system.
We also collaborate with small independent partners who maintain direct relationships with their sources.
The country of origin of each stone is shared within its product description.

Gemstone supply chains remain complex and rarely fully traceable. Rather than overpromise, we choose transparency.

As a small studio, we know every object leaves a footprint.
Our commitment is to keep that journey as short and personal as possible: from our hands directly to yours, while continuing to stay aware, honest and always improving.

This work is personal, and so is our commitment.
