Processing Time
Each STRUNG piece is handmade to order. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your piece to be crafted prepared for dispatch.

Standard Tracked (1–4 business days): FREE (until 11th Sept)
Europe (France, Portugal, Norway)
Standard Tracked (3–6 business days): €9,50 / FREE on orders €300+
Switzerland
Standard Tracked (3–6 business days): CHF 8 / FREE on orders CHF 300+
Australia
Standard Tracked (4–8 business days): AUD 20 / FREE on orders AUD 500+
Japan
Standard Tracked (4–8 business days): JPY 2,000 / FREE on orders JPY 50,000+
South Korea
Standard Tracked (4–8 business days): USD 11 / FREE on orders USD 340+
Customs & Duties
IMPORTANT: Orders shipped outside the UK and the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT and handling fees upon delivery. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.

All shipping options include tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Each T d’Art is printed on demand. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

Customs & Duties
IMPORTANT: orders outside the UK are subject to import duties, VAT and handling fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control due to current UK-EU regulations.

Please note: If your order contains both a STRUNG jewellery piece and a T's d’Art t-shirt, they will ship separately from different locations. STRUNG is made and shipped by hand from our studio in Europe (temporarily shipping from the UK, until 12th September), while T’s d’Art are printed and shipped from the UK.
